Why we use it

We use this information to take steps at your request before providing a service, to manage the service relationship and for legitimate operational purposes such as preventing abuse, maintaining records and improving our enquiry process. Submitting an estimate request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Service providers

We use reputable technology providers to operate the website and enquiry system, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for secure database and backend services, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf according to their service terms and security arrangements.

Email interaction data

Transactional emails may include link tracking so we can understand whether a customer has used a booking or WhatsApp link and avoid sending unnecessary reminders. Email-open data can be unreliable and is not treated as definitive evidence of customer activity.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operational records, legal obligations and dispute handling. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in relation to your personal data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
