Enquiry privacy details When you submit this form, PCCO stores your accommodation requirement and contact details in its enquiry system and emails the team so they can respond. Submission does not confirm a booking or add you to a mailing list.
If you arrive through a PCCO campaign link, an opaque campaign reference, campaign version and click time may be recorded so we can measure which outreach creates genuine accommodation requirements. Your name, email address and phone number are not placed in the campaign URL.
When you choose email or WhatsApp, the brief is passed to that service so you can review and send it. PCCO uses the details you send to respond to your accommodation requirement. Those services also apply their own privacy terms.
